Returns and Refund Policy


Domestic orders may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Returns for refund will be subject to a US$10 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

The return shipping fee will be waived on returns for store credit.

Eligible domestic returns can also be refunded in the form of store credit on a gift card, and no return shipping fee will be applied.

Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. Returns of multiple orders should not be combined and will result in processing delays.

We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned.

International returns are accepted. Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.

If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.

Please note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.

Where returns are processed for store credit, a gift card will be issued once your return order is in transit back to us, and sent to the email used to make the original purchase.

Gift returns exchanged for store credit will be issued as a gift card to the gift recipient, once the return order is in transit back to us. 

Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
